Rotary club of Dhaka Luminous held its 3rd board meeting on 29th December 2022 through online platform Google Meet. Meeting was held during 7.00 PM to 8.00 PM. Club President Rtn. Mohammad Abdullah was selected meeting chairman and conducted the 3rd board meeting for Rotary Year 2022-23. Club Secretary Rtn. Al Amin Redwanur Rahman PHF, Rtn. James Jacob Ribero, PP Rtn. Hadi Mizan Al Hossain, PP Rtn. Abdur Rahim PHF, PE Rtn. Mohammad Monjurul Karim and Rtn. Bhashkar Ranjan Saha attended the meeting. Other members of the board were absent and granted leave of absence.
Board discussed on various club matters including updating Club Roaster and collection of outstanding club fees. After discussion among the quorum present, a motion was moved to remove the members of the club from roaster due to inactivity and non-payment of club dues. It was proposed to remove Rtn. S A Sheak Sadi and Rtn. Md. Nasir uddin Badal as club members. It was unanimously approved that both of them are henceforth removed as member of the club and their names are to be removed from club roaster.
There being no other agenda, meeting was adjourned with vote of thanks.
