Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where Youngs develop their skills as a leader while having fun and making connections.
This year’s RYLA under district 3281 was held on 27-29 January 2024 at CCULB Resort Purbachal with lot of color, enthusiasm and excitement. RC Dhaka Luminous sent 2 young leaders to this mega event. Nafees Mohammad Manzur (19) and Faiyaz Ibn Hasan (18) were the participants who had the opportunity to have a life changing experience. The 3-day long session was packed with training, seminar, presentations, workshops etc. The 2nd night was the BBQ night with camp fire where HOPE Presidents were also present to witness and inspire the young leaders.
Both the participants were thrilled to join this program and they are now keen to know about Rotary who may become the future leaders of RC Dhaka Luminous.
