Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous held its 185th General Meeting on 4th September, 2022 at Hotel Bengal Canary Part at Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Meeting was held during 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM. Rtn. Mohammad Abdullah, the club president conducted the meeting. He welcomed all the members and guest present at the meeting.
Meeting started with recitation from Holy Quran by PP Rtn. Abdur Rahim PHF. Club Secretary Rtn. Al Amin Redwanur Rahman PHF recited the rotary invocation. Thereafter, President also greeted members and their spouses for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
During the meeting President and members present and discussed on proposals on basic education projects. It was decided Club will sponsor some student for their basic education. For this purpose, club will work together with various schools. Members presents has assigned to have a discussion with school principals.
During the meeting it was also discussed that members will go for movie night to enhance fellowship among the members. After discussion it was decided next week meeting will be held together with movie night.
Meet was adjourned after sharing club statistics and secretarial announcement for 186th General Meeting on 17th September 2022 at Star Cineplex at SKS tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Time of the meeting will be notified later by Club Secretary over what’sapp group maintained by the club.
