The Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous reaffirmed its commitment to leadership excellence by actively participating in the Incoming Leaders Training Seminar (ILTS) 2025. Held on April 19, 2025, at the Krishibid Institution Bangladesh (KIB) Auditorium in Dhaka, the seminar brought together Rotary leaders from Districts 64 and 65 for a comprehensive day of training and collaboration.
Our incoming leadership team—President-Elect Rtn. Bhaskar Ranjan Saha PHF, Secretary-Elect Rtn. Razib Ahmed, and Treasurer-Elect Rtn. Emdadul Hoque Shameem PHF—attended the seminar, engaging in sessions focused on club administration, budgeting, public image, and leadership development. The event featured prominent trainers, including Data Magfur, who led discussions on enhancing club operations and fostering effective leadership within Rotary’s framework. The seminar also emphasized Rotary’s alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting the organization’s commitment to global service and humanitarian efforts.
This training session provided our incoming leaders with valuable insights and tools to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the upcoming Rotary year. By participating in ILTS 2025, Dhaka Luminous continues to uphold its tradition of nurturing informed and capable leaders, ensuring the club’s sustained impact and service to the community.
