The Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous in collaboration with its sponsored Interact Club of Dhaka Chowkbazar (ICDC) distributed 50 blankets to students and elderlies in various location of Tongi and related areas. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to community welfare and humanitarian support. Cost of the project was including 16,000 Taka.
ICDC distributed blankets in following locations:
- 15 pieces to Khoirtoil Hafijiya Madrasha (Orphanage) at Gazipura 27.
- 10 pieces to Madinatul Quran Hif’z Madrasha (Orphanage) at Auchpara, Tongi, Gazipur
- 15 pieces to students at Mittibari Gita School at Bot Tola, Mittibari, Tongi, Gazipur
- 10 pieces to Apon Bilash Briddhasrom (Old Age Home) at Mudafa Road,Tongi, Gazipur
The project was sponsored and Financed by Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous and executed by the Interact Club of Dhaka Chowkbazar. Purpose of this project is to help who needed it as well as to involve young leaders of the interact club in social service which would encourage leadership and interest to serve the community.
