RC Dhaka Luminous held it fortnightly meeting at IBA Club Dhaka. President Rtn. Mushfiqur Rahman precised over the meeting. Past president Saiful Islam handed over the PHF certificate and PHF pin to Rtn. Al Amin Redwanur Rahman, PHF.
